Who we are

This website is operated by ScaleOps Artificial Intelligence Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN U72900DL2019PTC355836), with its registered office at S-306, Panchsheel Park, New Delhi, Delhi 110017, India. We are the data controller for the information described here.

The contact form

The contact form on our contact page asks for your name, your email address and your message. The form does not send anything to a server of ours: when you submit it, your own email application opens with those details placed in a message addressed to us, and nothing is sent until you send it. We therefore receive your information only as an ordinary email.

We use what you send us to reply to you and to carry on any correspondence that follows. We keep those emails in our mailbox for as long as they are relevant to that correspondence or to our records. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand in general terms how this website is used — which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and roughly where in the world they are. To do this, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view on this site, and the page or search that referred you.

This information is processed by Google on our behalf, and Google may transfer and store it on servers outside India. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine it with anything you send us by email or through the contact form.

You can prevent this collection by disabling cookies in your browser, by using your browser's tracking protection, or by installing Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Advertising

This website carries no advertising and no advertising or retargeting trackers.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Beyond Google, in its role as our analytics provider, and the email provider through which we receive and store correspondence, we share personal information only where we are required to do so by law.

Your choices

You may ask us what correspondence of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to nikhilsama@gmail.com or to the registered office above and we will respond within a reasonable period.
